About Me
Would it be strange to say that therapy doesn’t have to feel awkward, overly clinical, or like a test you might fail?
Hi there!
I’m Ben — a psychotherapist with over a decade of experience helping people make sense of grief, anxiety, stuckness, relationship messiness, and the quieter struggles that don’t always have a name.
My background spans private practice, addiction facilities, university counselling teams, and NHS-linked services. I’ve worked with people navigating grief, relationship struggles, addiction recovery, and long-term emotional fatigue in both as individuals and in couples.
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counselling and am an accredited member of the BACP. I bring theory, yes — but more importantly, I bring a grounded, collaborative approach that meets you where you are.
This isn’t therapy as a transaction. It’s therapy as a working relationship: one built on warmth, curiosity, and respect. Sometimes it’s raw, sometimes it’s gently challenging, but it’s always human.
I work exclusively online, offering sessions for individuals and couples across the globe. Whether you’re quietly overwhelmed or ready to dig into something deeper, this space is yours.
